1. All cash, receivables and other assets of SOS LOAN FUND shall be held as an endowment and shall be used only to fund microfinance lending.
2. Initially, the investments of SOS LOAN FUND shall be made by participating in funding loans to borrowers through microfinance institutions.
3. Initially, the investments of SOS LOAN FUND shall be directed toward preventing the expiration of loans before they become fully funded, selected by P2P in its sole discretion.
4. Neither the DONOR, nor any other donor to SOS LOAN FUND, shall be entitled to direct any investment or investments of SOS LOAN FUND, which shall be made by P2P in its sole discretion and shall not be subject to review by any donor or donors.
5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the funds of SOS LOAN FUND may be used to provide funding to any other microfinance institution that lends to borrowers in the United States or in developing countries, selected by P2P in its sole discretion.
6. Each donor who makes a contribution to P2P to be added to SOS LOAN FUND is understood to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions by making the contribution.
